Yanni LambrosFor PA State Rep

What he’s fighting for

A common-sense agenda for real Pennsylvanians.

Three priorities, straight to the point. These are the issues Yanni hears about most from his neighbors, and the ones he’ll take to Harrisburg on day one.

1

Affordability first.

Costs keep climbing, and paychecks aren't keeping up. Yanni will focus where state law actually has leverage: property taxes, small-business rules, state fees, and the everyday costs that squeeze working families most.

  • Real property tax relief for homeowners and seniors.

The state only covers a small share of public school costs, so local property taxes fill the gap. Yanni will push to raise the state's share of school funding so districts stop pushing the bill onto homeowners, and to expand the Property Tax/Rent Rebate program for seniors and working families.

  • Simpler, cheaper rules for small businesses.

Cap state licensing fees. Simplify sales-tax filings for smaller businesses. Stop piling new compliance costs on the shops and trades that keep Main Streets alive. He runs one himself. He knows what the paperwork feels like.

  • Utilities that don't surprise you.

Support stronger Public Utility Commission oversight and real consumer protections when rates spike. Pennsylvanians shouldn't find out in October that their winter bill is going to double.

2

Accountability, always.

Voters deserve to know what their representative is doing and why. Yanni's commitment is simple: be the kind of state rep anyone in the 53rd can reach, understand, and hold accountable.

  • Every vote explained, plainly.

A short, readable note on every vote Yanni takes. What the bill does, why he voted that way, what the trade-offs were. Published every time. No 400-page bills, no mystery.

  • Real town halls, really in the district.

Quarterly town halls across the 53rd, with open Q&A. No staff-filtered questions, no staged audiences. If you want to ask him something, you can.

  • Neighbors, not corporate PACs.

This campaign is funded by people in Pennsylvania, not by the industries he'll be voting on. When he casts a vote in Harrisburg, nobody's waiting for a return favor.

3

A stronger community.

Safer streets, stronger schools, and local businesses that can afford to stay open. These are the basics every town in the 53rd deserves, and the ones Yanni will work toward with anyone willing to help.

  • Support for first responders.

More state funding for local police, fire, and EMS. Mental health resources that actually reach people before situations escalate. Public safety isn't a partisan issue, it's a baseline.

  • Schools that work for every kid.

Parents who feel heard at the table. Teachers who have what they need to teach. Kids who are safe in their classrooms.

  • Support our seniors.

State property tax rebates that actually reach them. Resources for aging in place. The basics every Pennsylvania senior earned.

  • Local infrastructure that holds up.

State funding that keeps the roads, bridges, and parks our towns rely on. Practical maintenance, not pet projects.
